Embedding the Race Equality Commission report into the Council's processes

On Friday 18 March Minesh attended a Sheffield City Council Housing policy committee meeting.

He raised concerns about the inadequacy of Equality Impact Assessments being presented, which he said were “worse than a tickbox exercise” and, quoting the Sheffield Race Equality Commission report, called on the Council to give proper consideration to racial inequality.
